Hair Match
Your quiz answers are processed in your browser. We record an anonymous completion event and category choices so we can improve the tool, but we do not ask for your name, photo, or email to show the result.
First-party analytics
Our server records page views and specific actions such as Hair Match completion or an affiliate-link click. The event record contains the page path, event label, and limited non-sensitive properties. We do not store advertising IDs or a cross-site profile in this event database.
Email forms are processed by Kit. If you subscribe, Kit receives the email address you submit and manages delivery and unsubscribe requests under its own privacy terms. You can unsubscribe using the link in any message.
Affiliate retailers
Clicking an Amazon or other retailer link takes you to that retailer. The retailer may use its own cookies or tracking to attribute an eligible purchase. Lush Fiber does not receive your full retailer order history or payment information.

Use the contact page for a privacy or deletion request. We will verify what system holds the information and act on records we control.
