Last updated August 12, 2026. Lush Fiber exists to make textured-hair decisions clearer. Our current work is research synthesis and practical routine design; we do not operate a product-testing laboratory, and we do not invent hands-on results.
Our evidence hierarchy
- Dermatology organizations, peer-reviewed research, and official regulatory or manufacturer safety information for health-adjacent claims.
- Complete ingredient lists and product directions for formula and use analysis.
- Repeated patterns in verified-owner reviews for fit, packaging, scent, usability, and value—not as proof of medical effectiveness.
- Community and lived-experience context for routine practicality, clearly separated from clinical claims.
What our labels mean
Research review means we examined the formula, instructions, credible source material, and owner-reported patterns. Hands-on tested will appear only if a named contributor actually used the product under a documented protocol. Pages without that label should not be read as hands-on tests.
Corrections and updates
Material claims should have a source or be framed as observation. We update dates only when content has been meaningfully rechecked. Product formulas can change, so readers should compare the current package with any ingredient discussion.
